Al Parada

Well known in the athletic community of Central Alberta for over 30 years, Al Parada is also the owner of Can Pro Training Centre and Can Pro Hockey. Al has been a personal trainer for many NHL, Olympic, AHL, AJHL, WHL, CIS and minor hockey athletes, both on and off the ice. He was the Red Deer Rebels Strength & Conditioning Coach for 26 seasons. An Assistant Coach with the Red Deer Midget AAA Optimist Chiefs behind Doug Quinn for almost a decade, Al has amassed multiple Provincial and National championships behind the bench. Parada looks forward to helping bring AJHL hockey to Blackfalds in 2021.
