Peter Friestadt

Born in Stettler, AB Pete Friestadt comes to the Bulldogs with a wealth of hockey experience both playing and coaching. Pete is a three-time National Champion winning championships with the Red Deer College Kings (also coached for 8 seasons), Amarillo Wranglers (Southwest Hockey League) & National U18AAA Championships with the Red Deer Optimist Chiefs. Pete is also an alumnus of the AJHL winning an AJHL Championship with the Calgary Canucks. When Pete is not winning championships, he has his own business (Western Wall Painting) which is he has operated since 1982. Pete is happily married to his wife Sherryl and has two kids Amy & Nicholas.
